Collins View neighborhood in Southwest Portland is largely overlooked and is located in a great part of Portland. Just above Dunthorpe & Lake Oswego proper, Collins View is the hilly, green terrain to your right as you drive along hwy 43 towards Lake O. Heavily forested, this neighborhood is probably best known for being the home for Lewis & Clark College. Terwilliger & Boones Ferry Road divide and have the top half of Forest Highlands between them along with Tyron State Park which provides 645 acres of hiking, biking and horse trails shared between Portland & Lake Oswego.

Larger homes have been built and developed especially in the past 10 years.
