The Arranmore neighborhood is situated in Southwest Portland just south of Beaverton Hillsdale Highway where it also continues onto Scholls Ferry Road. Fanno Creek runs north/south to just about the middle and then it splits into east and west. The well heeled Portland Golf Club sits just below the Arranmore neighborhood in Progress while the highly esteemed Oregon Episcopal School is located just off Nicol Rd. Primarily developed on larger parcels of land in the 1950′s, Arranmore will see more division of lots and thus more development when owners sell over time as Portland pushes for more in-fill development.
