Markam Nature Park and it’s 177 acres of hiking trails plus Council Crest - both hold court in this beautiful neighborhood. Healy Heights is typically at the pinnacle of West Hills real estate and in normal years has the prices and amenities to show for it. With the majority of it’s homes built prior to WW II, current homes for sale in this area seem to be from the 1940′s-1970′s. The road configurations can be a bit confusing, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying some of the city’s excellent walking and bike paths. Real estate in Healy Heights this past year showed average prices in the $650′s getting lots of attention with the lower end dipping down into the $300′s & the upper end only cresting at $1.1M.
