Ahhhh the Irvington neighborhood! Homes that range from charming to jaw dropping all in one area! In June, this area reached an 18 month high with 94homes listed and 17 sold= 18% sell through! Lots of activity in comparison from January of 2009 as you can see below in the graph! Here’s the map of Irvington!

- On the curve, 75th % was at $695k, Mean was $491k and 25th % was $388k
- 17 closed homes averaged 94.86 of the most recent list price
- And to top it off, Irvington has 5.5 months of inventory–the best so far in the June stats.
