NW Slope–April 2010 Market Results
The neighborhoods I put into NW Slope are: West Haven, Sylvan Heights, Windemere, Hillside & Catlin Crest. Small neighborhoods and wow–175 active listings! With 15 successful closings in April, these neighborhoods combined are pretty consistently running at a 7-8% sell through–with a few exceptions (see below). The quartiles start at $284k, the mean is $325k and the top of the range is $445k for solds. With an average price point of $386k for sold homes, this area is looking at almost 12 months for selling through current inventory. Stats and graphs are below!
