Cedar Mill–April 2010 Market Results

Cedar Mill is right up there with number of active listings in April–at a whopping 117…however with 10 closing, the ratio of closed to active is around 8%. And at that rate, this area is looking at 11 months of inventory vs. Portland’s average at 7.5 months.  Closed prices are in a narrow range and within $100k from low to high: the 75th percentile is at $490k, the mid is $432 and the 25th percentile is at $390k. Closed properties did so at an average of -5.5% below the most recent price change.  Stats and graphs are below!
