Bethany has the most active listings of Cedar Mill, Forest Heights & Bonny Slope at 129! With 17 solds in April, sell through is right around 13%. However they are keeping pace with Portland at 7.5 months of Inventory. At an average sales price of $338,000–sales prices are not headed up.
